I quite like the 1750 but in the 159 its still feels like not quite 'enough' engine. I quite like the 2.2. Sure its not naturally quick and needs to be worked to perform, which makes it thirsty, but it sort of suits the car. A bit like a grown up 156 1.6 TS and I've had plenty of enjoyable drives in one of those.
